The section in 3scale docs describing the "Limitations of API lifecycle automation with 3scale toolbox" is not up to date with the current capabilities of the Toolbox.

• It says that the toolbox does not support all API as a Product (APIaaP) features but it does since we released 3scale 2.8.
• In the note for coping services ("you must copy the custom policies first and separately."), we should point the user to the "policy-registry copy" command.
• We should review the text where it says that "Update commands do not support changes to account, plan, or service." There are service apply and application-plan apply commands.
