      It has been recently reported in this bugzilla issue that in OCP 4.5 HPA fails for pods which have init containers. Fix is expected to be in 

      Target Release: 	4.7.0

      3scale 2.10 is supposed to support OCP 4.5 and 4.6, so if we want HPA enabled on 3scale 2.10, init containers have to be removed.

      This issue is about analyzing the feasibility of removing init containers for 2.10.

      Or maybe it makes sense to postpone HPA in 3scale until the fix is included in OCP 4.7 (3scale 2.11??)
