Description
Please document the tested OpenTracing collector and client versions and configurations in the Supported Configurations or 3scale documents.
Background: A customer asked how to make the client in APIcast use TCP instead of UDP. It seems the client is jaeger-client-cpp. If the client version is v0.6.0 or higher, TCP can be enabled with endpoint parameter. However, I cannot find any version information about it in 3scale documentations (and it turned out that the version is v0.3.0).
