      Standardize date and time format according to PatternFly guidelines

      Date

      • YYYY-MM-DD - when presented as a numeric value or label
      • DD Month YYYY - anywhere else (the month can be shortened to its 3 letter abbreviation if there are any space constraints, eg Jan, Feb...)

      Time

      • 24 hours (no AM/PM)
      • Indicate time zone if time not displayed in user's time zone, or user cannot select their time zone from the UI
