[DDF] apicast-wildcard-router needs to be removed from this DC name list because wildcard router was removed from the 3scale

apicast-wildcard-router needs to be removed from this DC name list because wildcard router was removed from the 3scale version 2.6+
Hence when running the command we see the following error:
"apicast-wildcard-router image: Error from server (NotFound): deploymentconfigs.apps.openshift.io "apicast-wildcard-router" not found"
