Webhooks enable button does not work properly

      1. Go to Settings -> Web Hooks
      2. Set valid webhooks URL
      3. Switch on "Webhooks are"
      4. Switch off "Webhooks are"

    Description

      When correct URL is set for webhooks then switch Webhooks are will stop working properly (Selector: #web_hook_active_input). There is trouble to turn it off.

      I managed to switch it off with double click, but I don't think this is the right solution.
