[DDF] This command from the Upgrade Guide 2.6 to 2.7 could not find the MASTER_ACCESS_TOKEN from system-seed when the customers are upgrading from version 2.4

This command could not find the MASTER_ACCESS_TOKEN from system-seed when the customers are upgrading from version 2.4 sequentially up to 2.7.

I had to manually look up the system-mysql database for the master access token and populate it in the system-seed secret.

mysql> select value from access_tokens where  name="Master Token";
