[DDF] It is confusing when the dc it self is "system-memcache" but the patch file is "system-memcached".

      It is confusing when the dc it self is "system-memcache" but the patch file is "system-memcached".
      On other instances of patching DCs, both names were same.
      Why is it different on this instance?
      Is it possible to have them same in the future ?
