Customer has raised the fact that the backup restore documentation is only for OpenShift 4 but OpenShift 3 is still a supported platform.

Not all of the documented steps work under OpenShift 3.

Customer has requested documentation be added for backing up and restoring a 3scale cluster under OpenShift 3.
