We had this request in past a couple of times to use the same email address for developer accounts.
In https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-152 we addressed to use same email for admin and dev account.
It will be nice to use same email for multiple developer accounts because
- customers cannot use the workaround of using + in email address: eg: john+dev@test.com as their mail provider doesn't allow that rule
- same user is working across multiple projects aka org - (Internal consumption usecase)
