Remove {% raw %} and {% endraw %} tags from the documentation

Some articles in the documentation have {{ {% raw %}}} and {{ {% endraw %}}} tags where they are not needed, so the snippets are incorrect.

These tags were required in old documentation, where we needed to escape liquid snippets. access.redhat.com doesn't need it, so these tags must be removed.
