      If I copy backend by ID, it works.

      $ 3scale backend copy -s _source_ -d _destination_ 856
      source backend ID: 856 system_name: toolbox_mkudlej_testste_t_cers
      target backend ID: 896 system_name: toolbox_mkudlej_testste_t_cers
      created 5 missing metrics
      created 5 missing methods
      created 25 mapping rules

      But if I copy backend by system_name, it doesn't work.

      $ 3scale backend copy -s _source_ -d _destination_ toolbox_mkudlej_testste_t_cers
      Error: Backend toolbox_mkudlej_testste_t_cers does not exist

      It is not possible to copy backend with valid system_name toolbox_mkudlej_testste_t_cers but it is possible to copy default backend api.
