Automate custom domains and certificates changes

3scale 2.6 Zync manages all the routes needed for a 3scale installation.
Zync is capable of correctly creating and updating the routes, but it can't handle custom certificates associated with these routes.
This is a critical feature as the only way to have a valid signed certificate is to manually update the routes.
