We generated CMS templates for some new accounts in Saas, having the Documentation page expecting a OAS3 to be rendered. This is incorrect since the default ActiveDoc for the Echo API is still swagger 2-based. The was fixed for new accounts in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-4578, but we still need to fix the template of the accounts generated in between.

Dev note

• Identify accounts whose templates for the Documentation page of the CMS has been generated based on the OAS3 version and not changed by the user since then
• Replace the content of those templates with the content currently saved by default (see https://github.com/3scale/porta/pull/1728)
