    Description

      We have enabled 3scale in an air-gapped environment for 2.8.

      From engineering we want to test it and we need OpenShift Container Platform is installed on restricted networks to test 3scale installation and do some basic functional tests (smoke tests).

      Openshift requirements? The oc-adm command that used for Disconnect install had a critical bug, which is fixed in OCP 4.3.1 release (GA: Feb 10th).
