Update the steps to retrieve the configuration when using a large amount of services with THREESCALE_CONFIG_FILE

    Description

      When the admin portal has a large amount of services it is not recommended to pull the configuration with the single request as described in the documentation:
      <schema>://<admin-portal-domain>/admin/api/nginx/spec.json

      Instead the 3scale API endpoint Proxy Config Show or Proxy Config Show Latest should be used and iterate over the services to build a configuration file.
