In Chapter 7. Installing the 3scale Operator on OpenShift:

There is a note in section 7.2:
"You must install and deploy the 3scale operator in the operator-test project. "

It is unlikely true, 'operator-test' is marked as an example name in previous section & note supposed to be replaced with desired one.

Likely the note is supposed to highlight that operator should be installed in same project as final 3scale deployment (however needs to be clarified)
