PF4 adoption project

The Patternfly 4 adoption is a company-wide project to migrate all products' current User Interfaces to the new Patternfly 4 design system.

As part of this project, 3scale will implement a new Patternfly 4 based UI, and build a React frontend (Porta-fly) that will adopt Patternfly 4 natively.

This epic will be closed when Porta-fly is released to the customers.

• Are we re-designing 3scale?
  Not yet, the migration to Patternfly 4 will mostly result in a 3scale "UI facelift". It won't involve major changes in the Information Architecture.
• Will Porta-fly be part of System?
  No, Porta-fly will be an independent application with its own repo.
  Yes, Porta-fly is a new component inside system
• How will Porta-fly talk to System?
  TBD
