Deep linking between 3scale and Fuse Online

This issue will allow us to track the 3scale work that will need to be done in order to implement deep linking between 3scale and Fuse Online.

Deep linking is linking to exact pages in fuse. Which is kind of comparable to switcher feature.

Big question: can we really do this without moving service discovery to the backend level. (Right now, it is at the product and at the backend level. But once the backend is created, there is no service discovery option on the backend object.) So....how can we make this make sense in the context of APIAP?
