Rename "Staging" and "Production" in the UI (Admin Portal)

      Environments "Staging" and "Production" used in the UI for the configuration of the Gateway often causes confusion among users.

      Find a new name for the text in the UI so we avoid it being misunderstood as different development environments. (Ideas: "Sandbox/ Production", "Preview/Live", others?) We might need help from UX team here.
