We would need to migrate the ruby version on SaaS.
This is a joint ops / system task.
Should migrate on preview01 first, then migrate the production servers.
A step by step migration is required:
1. Test clicking in preview01 is necessary
2. migrating one production server by one, the UI servers first, then API servers
