Update product docs to take into account new audit log functionality (phase 2)

It seems quite likely that the new audit logs functionality will have relatively low impact on the product documentation (presumably, it just means that the log files will provide more information than before). At any rate, it should be mentioned as a new feature in the Release Notes.
