graphql full support

At the moment we don't offer full support of graphql APIs, meaning we cannot rate limit or apply security and analytics on the single entity / query but just on the root host.
While there will be a Camel component in Camel 3 to handle this (https://camel.apache.org/components/latest/graphql-component.html) unlike SOAP for Graphql translating the service to REST will remove a lot of the advantages of using Graphql in the first place (reducing chattiness, precise result set, ...).
There is a Lua library out there but not too updated: https://github.com/bjornbytes/graphql-lua
