We are switching from the legacy 3scale terms on 3scale.net to new Red Hat terms.

Specifically:

will be replaced with
https://www.openshift.com/legal/terms/

https://www.3scale.net/refund-policy
will be eliminated on advice from Erika Nelson

https://www.openshift.com/legal/acceptable-use/
will be added to 3scale.net but with the rules regarding limits at the end of the doc modified to reflect 3scale specifics
