dc data are changed when OCP4 is upgraded

      1. Install 3scale on OCP 4.1.22
      2. Configure 3scale
      3. Upgrade OPC from 4.1.22 to 4.1.23
      4. system-app, system-sidekiq and system-sphinx are failing
      5. update the system-database secret key `URL` to have the value specified in the dc/system-mysql
      6. restart system-app, system-sidekiq and system-sphinx to get 3scale up again

      After a successful installation of 3scale on openshift 4 using the operator a minor upgrade to openshift ends up in a broken 3scale environment.
      It looks like mysql-password in dc/system-mysql is changed during the upgrade.
