Investigate potential bug in alerts.

It’s related to stats and billing of Backend metrics.
Right now alerts triggered by metrics of a Backend do not show in the UI

Dev Notes

Backend always issues alerts with the full system_name of a metric.
But in Porta we can't find them because they do not look for all metrics of Backend API but only the ones of a Product.
