User can set limits for metric related to backend but it is not possible to see analytics for this metric. I think that there should be UI page and API function to see and get analytics for metriec related to backend. API function should look like:

 /stats/backends/{backend_id}/usage.{format} GET 

UI page should be part of

/p/admin/backend_apis/{backend_id}/stats

or part of stats page of related API/Service/Product

/services/{service_id}/stats/*

Product should connect with QE to decide what we need. amasferr
