Prefix matching flag for OpenAPI definition paths

      Currently, the default behavior is to enforce strict matching.

      When openapi specification is imported, implement prefix matching on mapping rules derived from openapi operations. It could be implemented adding some new optional flag like

      --prefix-matching

      to override default behavior.
