Improve UI for independent mapping rules. See THREESCALE-3341

1) In search feature for mapping rules add the possibility to search for specific values per column like we do in accounts and applications
2) Allow user to select the number items per page
3) Sort mode: just display all mapping rule names without pagination and drag and drop to re-order
4) Auto group/sort mapping rules: see how we can add some inteligence to mapping rules by building a tree structure based on paths and combining verbs (verb could become checkboxes that allow multiple to be selected)
5) Don't allow for ordering outside the size of the collection

This should be taken care of in PF4 react app.
