      The system image currently inherits from centos:7. However it looks like its installing ruby developement libraries and installing gems. Would it be useful/possible to inherit from e.g. centos/ruby-23-centos7 instead? This would simplify the amount of RPM dependencies being installed and mean the productised image can depend on rhscl/ruby-23-rhel7:2.3-6.2
