As a 3scale administrator, I want to install 3scale toolbox.

v2.7 doc updates
Installing from RPMs will no longer be supported in v2.7, so we need to update the Operating 3scale guide as follows:

• Remove details on how to install from RPMs
• Add the latest details on how to install the 3scale toolbox image
• Update existing examples to show using an image
• Add the latest image name from Eguzki:

  registry.redhat.io/3scale-amp2/toolbox-rhel7:3scale2.7

• Add the correct URL for the v2.7 toolbox image in the Container Catalog (TBD)

v2.6 doc updates
In addition, the v2.6 docs on installing toolbox incorrectly state RPMs are the only way to install, but container image support was added in v2.6, so this version will also need to be updated with details on how to install from an image (in addition to RPMs).
