    Description

      System migration to OCP

      Note: Operations team will add rate limiting to system/backend once we are on openshift, probably using envoy or haproxy. This, for example, will help with problems like THREESCALE-408 and related billing problems that we have had with another customer whose scripts overload our servers sometimes while our billing process is running.
