    Description

      Currently in the Supported Configurations matrix:
      https://access.redhat.com/articles/2798521

      The version 12.2 from Oracle DB is supported (EOL: Nov 2020).

      This request is to support Oracle 19c.

      Dev Notes

      • create an Oracle DB 19c local image
      • smoke test it locally
      • change the drivers for this image in the Dockerfile
      • push this image to quay.io for our CircleCi
      • Change circleci config
      • make it run on CircleCI
      • fix eventual bugs or incompatibilities
