Service with OpenID Connect will crash Apicast

      1. Create service with OpenID Connect
      2. Integration page -> set *OpenID Connect Issuer* -> Save
      3. Create app. plan and subscribe application to it.
      4. Create request to sandbox (it will return 500) with same log as in the production.
      5. Other services are unavailable.
      6. Delete the service with OpenID Connect and redeploy and everything will start working.

      When a service with the OpenID Connect authentication is created, the gateway (sandbox and after promotion production) will start to fail with log apicast-production-8-jnjrk.log

      Client is created in RHSSO, with valid client id and secret.
      I suppose that there might be some error in the configuration.
