Mapping rules and metrics living in BAPI's are not copied

On the new model, metrics may be part either of the product or the BAPI. The metrics seen by the gateway will eventually be the union of the set in the product and the set in the BAPI.

Currently, toolbox will only copy metric set of the product, not the BAPI.
