As part of APIAP we hid Methods & Metrics other than just "Hits" of a product while editing an Application Plan's limits and pricing rules. That was intended to APIAP v1 where a product would not have other metrics. Now wee need to change that. Since now both products and backend APIs are allowed to have multiple metrics and methods, we need to show again all methods and metrics in the edit page of an application plan.
