When creating a new Service (API) using an invalid 'system_name' (e.g. spaces instead of underscores "_" or dashes "-"), users are informed to check their Plan limits instead of an error message indicating that there was an issue with this field.

This might lead users to believe that there is some limitation with their Account.

The issue has been reproduced by the Support team.
