      Currently

      `copy service` command issue:
When target service is created, default mapping rule ''/'' catch all is also created. The when toolbox tries to copy a service without deleting target mapping rules first (default behavior), the target service ends up with all the mapping rules of the source service plus default `catch-all` mapping rule.

      Desired

When service is created, target service contains the same set of mapping rules as source service
