When we change the Staging Public Base URL of the correctly configured service (Update & Test passed) we will get: Test request failed with HTTP code 503 for the first Update & Test.
Another Update & Test will pass.
This is happening because the system doesn't wait for the zync to recreate a route. So when it is trying to connect to the changed hostname the route for it doesn't exist. It is created afterward, that's why the second Update & Test works.
