List the repositories that 3scale toolbox uses in the documentation

      The official installation for the 3scale toolbox uses the repository rhel-7-server-3scale-amp-2.5-rpms (the same repository that includes the amp.yml template), and depends on the Packages from the repository rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms.

      We need to ensure that the documentation includes those steps on "2. Using the toolbox":

      # subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-3scale-amp-2.5-rpms
# subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms
