Due to the reintroduction of a custom service account on deployment of 3scale, we need to have the Service Discovery documentation updated. Specifically in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_3scale_api_management/2.5/html/admin_portal_guide/service-discovery-configuration-procedure#configuring-without-sso, step 3 of the procedure, where one reads "default (service account)" need to change to "amp (service account)".

There are currently 3 mentions to the name of the service account whose permissions the text instructs the customer to edit. We need to update all them: default -> amp
