Ability to configure list of currencies

    Description

      Support YAML configuration for currencies for on-prem (master)

      Relates to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-1595

      It would be nice if we cannot achieve the more difficult task above to let the customer configure a list of arbitrary currencies.

      Take into account that there will not be any validation that those currencies are in correct format and supported by the payment gateways. It is up to the customer to verify that.

      It is a simple task that would unblock many on-premises customers.

      This needs to be documented very well for customers.
