Go to: https://multitenant-admin.3scale.net/p/login
Click "Forgot Password?"
Complete your email address
Click "Reset Password"

It sends you to: https://multitenant-admin.3scale.net/p/password

Which displays in text "Wrong domain 'multitenant-admin.3scale.net' for path '/p/password'" (see screenshot attachment)

Password reset functionality is not working.

For security reasons, we do not provide reset password functionality of the Master account.
