After creating an environment with a ton of Services, the UI takes an incredible time to load, specially the dashboard.

This is due to the huge amount of transactions the backend is doing.

With 1000 services the analysis shows the following data:

• Time to load the page (DOMContentLoad) 1.20 min
• Number of network requests 3056
• Time to finish all requests (...) after 33.18min and 3.63 MB transferred it still hasn't finished.

Solution: to render service data (charts) only after its title clicked and section expanded.

NOTE: services left expanded will be rendered like that when user visit the dashboard again. These services have to load the data.

No need for explicit QE testing of this.
