Requests:

• Ability to customize access log format per service (some custom format or JSON for example, liquid templating).
• Ability to log all header and payload for request and response. (User should be able to define what is logged and what is not etc)
• Conditional logic to allow logging for extra in cases of failures. etc non-200
• Ability to add logging tags (for filtering)
