Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) Create new Istio service.
2) Create new Mapping rule through UI for that service.
3) Check that in integration settings for your service the mapping rule is present.
4) Check that its not present in any production proxy configuration.

When using API to add mapping rules for the Istio service, the proxy configuration isn't updated but mapping rule can be seen in the UI.

Since it is not in the production proxy configuration adapter cannot pick it up.
