Before we ship the product including Zync we should (I think we should probably have done this before even opening the repo...)

To the open Zync repo...

[ ] Add a project description etc
[X] Add a LICENSE file
[ ] Ask RH Legal to approve this repo being opened based on a list of its (transitive) dependencies (if any), their licenses, and the proposed license of the repo (Apache 2.0?)
[ ] Add other common OSS project files (CONTRIBUTING.md, etc)
