Current behaviour

When using the "3scale import openapi" command, the private base URL is computed from the "host" and "schemes" field of the OpenAPI Specification file.

Expected behaviour

When the API is deployed in different environments with different URLs, the user needs to override the private base URL with:

3scale import openapi -d nmasse-redhat -t my-api-in-test --override-private-base-url=http://echo-api.3scale.net swagger.json
