Currently 3scale does not support integrations with Redis Enterprise configured with multiple shards as reported in THREESCALE-10242 and the request here is to add that support. Also see this comment in THREESCALE-10242 for more context on why this doesn't currently work and what possible options we have to make this work in 3scale.
