• Deactivate "End User Plans" for all the accounts with this feature enabled.
• Hide the "End User Plans" checkbox and description from Audience -> Settings-Usage Rules
• Hide the row for "User Plans" feature and description from Audience -> Developer Portal

Remember to add tests and probably cucumbers too.

There should be no problems in apicast - just need to set end_user to false for the service, then update the backend with the pisoni gem, which should be automatic. But check with David when this happens.

This will need to be deployed on a specific date, to be decided and communicated by product team
